Harvard College students traveling to elevated-risk destinations are required to attend a pre-departure orientation, but all students traveling abroad are welcome. Sign up to attend one of the upcoming orientations listed below.
Undergraduate Student Elevated Risk Orientations
Our elevated risk orientations help Harvard College students to:
- prepare for their trip
- understand potential risks and how to mitigate them
- learn about health and safety resources
You'll get more out of the elevated risk orientation if you first watch our online pre-departure orientation and review your destination's country guide (log in with HarvardKey and search for your destination).
Schedule & Signup
Each orientation is applicable to all elevated risk locations unless noted otherwise. We'll provide the content; you provide the questions!
Attendance is capped at 40 students per session. Remember to bring your Harvard ID card to access the meeting room. You'll receive a confirmation email after signing up.
